WHERE: Brookville Road between Pontiac Trail and Curtis Road in Salem Township
WHY: Limestone resurfacing
BACKGROUND: Starting Monday, October 1, 2018, at approximately 2 p.m., the Washtenaw County Road Commission (WCRC) will close Brookville Road between Pontiac Trail and Curtis Road in Salem Township to complete a limestone resurfacing project.
The road will be closed to all through traffic during the day. Residents and property owners internal to the projects limits will be provided access to their property, but delays should be expected. The road will be reopened to all traffic each evening until the project has been completed.
The road improvements are expected to take approximately two weeks. However, all dates are tentative and subject to change due to weather conditions.
