WHERE: Bridge Rd between Grove Rd and Textile Rd in Ypsilanti Township
WHY: Ford Lake Dam Project
BACKGROUND: On Monday, October 19, 2026, DTE Gas will close Bridge Rd between Grove Rd and Textile Rd in Ypsilanti Township in connection with the Ford Lake Dam Project. Access to North Hydro Park will be maintained from the north.
Construction Note: Bridge Rd between Grove Rd and Textile Rd will reopen Election Day, Tuesday, November 3, 2026. DTE will resume construction work and close Bridge Rd on Wednesday, November 4, 2026.
The work is expected to be complete in approximately four weeks. However, all dates are tentative and subject to change due to weather conditions.
