WHY: Permit work
BACKGROUND: On Friday, August 21, 2026, Salem Township will close 6 Mile Rd between Leota St and Pearl St in Salem Township for permit work.
The permit work is expected to take approximately one week to complete. However, all dates are tentative and subject to change due to weather conditions.
The road will be closed to all through traffic. Access will be maintained only for residents and property owners who live, work or own property within the closure limits.
