WHY: Culvert replacement
BACKGROUND: On Tuesday, April 14, 2026, the Washtenaw County Road Commission (WCRC) will perform a culvert replacement on Hogan Rd between M-52 and Cedar Ln in Manchester Township.
The culvert replacement is expected to take approximately one day to complete. However, all dates are tentative and subject to change due to weather conditions.
