Project Update #2: Judd Rd Culvert Replacement (York Twp)

The week of November 3, 2025, the Washtenaw County Road Commission (WCRC) crew backfilled the box culvert, installed the headwall, and performed road restoration on Judd Rd between Warner Rd and Platt Rd in York Township 

On Tuesday, November 4, 2025, Judd Rd between Warner Rd and Platt Rd in York Township was reopened to traffic.  

WCRC was able to perform the culvert replacement project, thanks to its partnership with York Township and the Washtenaw County Water Resources Commissioner’s Office.
