I’m very pleased to share that we have an approved contract for employees represented by TPOAM!
Last evening, WCRC members of TPOAM voted to approve the collective bargaining agreement and today, our Board approved it at their board meeting. The contract, including the new comp time provision, goes into effect immediately and runs through October 3, 2025. The financials approved in the contract will start with our next pay period on Thursday, October 6, 2022.
I know this contract has been a long time coming and I really appreciate everyone’s efforts to get to this point. I also know there will be a lot of questions about the new contract. HR will be meeting with supervisors next week to discuss in more detail.
