As we step into October, it’s hard to believe how quickly the 2024 construction season has gone. We’ve accomplished so much in such a short time. Next year is shaping up to be another banner year for projects. I am appreciative and grateful for all your current and future efforts!
This week during our working session, Tiffany Oliphant, our Communication Manager, presented some insightful analytics from our website and social media platforms. She also highlighted the new township pages on our website—be sure to check them out! Chris Quinter, our IT Manager, discussed the range of IT Helpdesk tickets and introduced the upcoming WCRC Academy. Plus, Adam Lape, our Director of Operations, shared a time-lapse video of the Main Yard Salt Barn construction. The board also approved several township agreements and facility upgrades for the Main Yard and SESC.
I’m excited to announce the winners of the Recognize-Our-Workforce (ROW) Award for the third quarter of 2024! This program celebrates the exceptional work of our dedicated staff. I’m pleased to recognize Tiffany Lobbestael, Operations Clerk, and Erin Smith, Office Coordinator. Their commitment to going above and beyond for their departments and colleagues truly stands out. We’re fortunate to have such hard-working individuals on our team! Mark your calendars for the next drawing on December 1, 2024.
