Good afternoon,
I’m pleased to announce that Adam Lape has been selected as our next Director of Operations. He will officially transition into his new role on June 16, 2022.
Adam brings unique skills and experience to this position; he started his career as a summer employee for the Ohio Department of Transportation and worked his way up in ODOT before coming to WCRC in 2014. Over the past nearly 8 years, Adam has been a Superintendent in the Operations Department managing a wide variety of staff and projects.
Although Jim’s retirement leaves big shoes to fill, I am confident that Adam is up the challenge and I know he will continue to be a tremendous leader for this organization. Please congratulate Adam on his promotion.
