Good morning,
Spring is going by quickly, and so are our construction projects! The safety project at the intersection of N. Territorial Rd & Dexter Town Hall Rd in Dexter Township is expected to be completed soon. Currently, the contractor is working to place rumble strips, aggregate shoulders, updated signs, and pavement markings. We hope to re-open the intersection to traffic before the end of May. Additionally, things are going smoothly for our Miller Rd and Zeeb Rd Roundabout project in Scio Township. Curb and gutter were placed last week, and asphalt paving of the roundabout should begin soon. Resurfacing projects were completed for Parker Rd in Lima & Scio Townships, as well as for Sharon Hollow Rd in Manchester & Sharon Townships. Our safety project at the intersection of N. Territorial Rd & Webster Church Rd still has a lot of work to complete, but the contractor has installed the drainage structures and storm sewer. We expect to place curb and gutter soon. Take a look at the aerial pictures below to see how our projects are progressing!
Speaking of Spring, May is mental health awareness month. I would like to highlight that WCRC offers an Employee Assistance Program (EAP). This program can connect our staff members with an EAP professional who can provide anything from mental health resources to financial resources and legal resources. Whether you are struggling to find a therapist or need guidance on managing your debt, the EAP services could be of great help to you! Check out these services by visiting the website here. If you have any questions about the EAP, please reach out to Nicole Peterson.
Have a great rest of the week and weekend!
Matt
