Things are looking really good on the Zeeb Road Paving Project in Lodi Township. Our contractor finished the top course of asphalt earlier this week and is now working on the gravel shoulders and other punch list items. Line markings and permanent traffic signs will also be installed soon. We are aware that much of the grass seed has been washed away by recent heavy downpours, our contractor will circle back soon to clean-up and reseed the areas that need it.
As you can tell, we’re getting even closer to reopening the road but there are still some items that must be completed before that can happen. The road and intersections remain closed to through traffic. We are hoping to have the project completed and the road reopened within the next two weeks.
