WHERE: Wiard Rd between I-94 and Tyler Rd in Ypsilanti Township
WHY: Guardrail replacement
BACKGROUND: Starting on Monday, September 13, 2021, the Washtenaw County Road Commission (WCRC) will begin guardrail replacement on Wiard Rd between I-94 and Tyler Rd in Ypsilanti Township.
The road will not be closed to traffic, but delays are likely due to lane closures. WCRC encourages motorists, emergency services and others to use an alternate route.
The work is expected to take approximately one day. However, all dates are tentative and subject to change due to weather conditions.
