WHERE: Werkner Rd between Sibley Rd and Ivey Rd in Sylvan Township
WHY: Surface wedging
BACKGROUND: On Monday, November 6, 2023, the Washtenaw County Road Commission (WCRC) will begin surface wedging on Werkner Rd between Sibley Rd and Ivey Rd in Sylvan Township.
The road will not be closed to traffic, but delays are likely due to lane restrictions. WCRC encourages motorists, emergency services and others to use an alternate route.
The roadwork is expected to take approximately one day. However, all dates are tentative and subject to change due to weather conditions.
