WHY: Asphalt resurfacing
BACKGROUND: On Wednesday, June 3, 2026, a contractor working on behalf of the Washtenaw County Road Commission (WCRC) will begin asphalt resurfacing on various local county roads between Packard Rd and Ellsworth Rd, and Helen Rd and Golfside Ave in Pittsfield Township. View map here: Road map
The road will not be closed to traffic, but delays are likely due to lane restrictions.
The asphalt resurfacing work is expected to take approximately two weeks to complete. However, all dates are tentative and subject to change due to weather conditions.
