WHY: Preventative maintenance – chip seal
BACKGROUND: On Thursday, June 29, 2023, the Washtenaw County Road Commission (WCRC) will begin a preventative maintenance chip seal project on Pratt Rd between Dexter-Ann Arbor Rd and just east of the intersection in Scio Township.
The road will not be closed to traffic, but delays are likely. WCRC encourages motorists, emergency services and others to use an alternate route.
The majority of the work will be completed on Thursday, June 29, and the remainder will be completed in the coming weeks. However, all dates are tentative and subject to change due to weather conditions.
