Lane Restrictions: Plymouth Rd (Superior Twp)

WHERE: Plymouth Rd between M-153 and Napier Rd in Superior Township

WHY: Preventative maintenance – chip seal

BACKGROUND: Starting on Thursday, June 23, 2022, the Washtenaw County Road Commission (WCRC) will begin a preventative maintenance chip seal project on Plymouth Rd between M-153 and Napier Rd in Superior Township. The road will not be closed but delays are likely due to lane restrictions. Motorists are advised to seek an alternate route. This work was originally planned to begin earlier this week but was delayed due to the weather.

The road will not be closed, but delays are likely. WCRC encourages motorists, emergency services and others to use an alternate route.

The majority of the work will be completed on Thursday, June 23 and the remainder will be completed next week. However, all dates are tentative and subject to change due to weather conditions.
