WHERE: Parker Rd Bridge, over Mill Creek, between I-94 and Gross Rd in Lima & Scio Townships
WHY: Bridge preventative maintenance
BACKGROUND: On Friday, August 25, 2023, the Washtenaw County Road Commission (WCRC) will begin a bridge preventative maintenance project on Parker Rd, over Mill Creek, between I-94 and Gross Rd in Lima & Scio Townships.
The road will not be closed to traffic, but delays are likely due to lane restrictions. WCRC encourages motorists, emergency services and others to use an alternate route.
The roadwork is expected to take approximately three days. However, all dates are tentative and subject to change due to weather conditions.
