WHERE: Onandaga Avenue between Eugene Avenue and Service Drive in Ypsilanti Township

WHY: Speed hump installation

BACKGROUND: On Monday, September 10, 2018, the Washtenaw County Road Commission (WCRC) will begin installing speed humps on Onandaga Avenue between Eugene Avenue and Service Drive in Ypsilanti Township.

The road will not be closed to traffic, but delays are likely due to lane restrictions. WCRC encourages motorists, emergency services and others to use an alternate route.

The road improvements are expected to be completed by Friday, September 21, 2018. However, all dates are tentative and subject to change due to weather conditions.
