WHY: Permit work – utility relocation
BACKGROUND: On Monday, February 5, 2024, Consumers Energy will begin permit work to relocate utilities on N. Territorial Rd at the intersection of Dexter Townhall Rd in Dexter Township.
The road will not be closed to traffic, but delays are likely due to lane restrictions. The Washtenaw County Road Commission (WCRC) encourages motorists, emergency services and others to use an alternate route.
The roadwork is expected to take approximately one month. However, all dates are tentative and subject to change due to weather conditions.
