WHERE: Meadowview and Ashford Village Subdivisions in Pittsfield Township
WHY: Road resurfacing
BACKGROUND: On Thursday, October 3, 2019, the Washtenaw County Road Commission (WCRC) will begin a road resurfacing project in the Meadowview and Ashford Village Subdivisions in Pittsfield Township. The following roads will be impacted:
- Staghorn Dr
- Oakengates Dr
- Rothbury Ct
- Winslow Ct
- Yarmouth Crossing
- Amber Way
- Sycamore Dr
- Redbud Ct
- Walnut Ct
- South Ashford Way
- White Pine Ct
- Ash Ct
- Cayman Blvd
- Cottonwood Dr
- Birch Ct
The roads will not be closed to traffic, but delays are likely due to lane restrictions. WCRC encourages motorists, emergency services and others to use an alternate route. Sidewalks may be impacted by this work in certain areas.
The road improvements are expected to take approximately 5 days. However, all dates are tentative and subject to change due to weather conditions.
