WHERE: Martz Rd between Tuttle Hill Rd and Rawsonville Rd in Ypsilanti Township
WHY: Preventative maintenance – chip seal
BACKGROUND: Starting Thursday, June 15, 2023, the Washtenaw County Road Commission (WCRC) will begin a preventative maintenance chip seal project on Martz Rd between Tuttle Hill Rd and Rawsonville Rd in Ypsilanti Township.
The road will not be closed to traffic, but delays are likely. WCRC encourages motorists, emergency services and others to use an alternate route.
The majority of the work will be completed on Thursday, June 15, and the remainder will be completed in the coming weeks. However, all dates are tentative and subject to change due to weather conditions.
