WHERE: Jackson Rd between Steinbach Rd and Parker Rd in Lima Township
WHY: Road resurfacing
BACKGROUND: Starting on Wednesday, June 30, 2021, the Washtenaw County Road Commission (WCRC) will begin a road resurfacing project on Jackson Rd between Steinbach Rd and Parker Rd in Lima Township.
The road will not be closed to traffic, but delays are likely due to lane closures. WCRC encourages motorists, emergency services and others to use an alternate route.
This project was previously delayed from last week but is expected to begin Wednesday, June 30. The road improvement is expected to take approximately 3 weeks. However, all dates are tentative and subject to change due to weather conditions.
