WHY: Traffic signal installation
BACKGROUND: On Monday, April 8, 2024, the Washtenaw County Road Commission (WCRC) will install a traffic signal at the intersection of Ellsworth Rd & Oak Valley Dr in Pittsfield Township.
The intersection will not be closed to traffic, but delays are likely due to lane restrictions. WCRC encourages motorists, emergency services and others to use an alternate route.
The signal work is expected to take three weeks. However, all dates are tentative and subject to change due to weather conditions.
