WHERE: Dixboro Rd between 5 Mile Rd and 6 Mile Rd in Northfield and Salem Townships
WHY: Drainage work
BACKGROUND: On Monday, July 29, 2024, the Washtenaw County Road Commission (WCRC) will begin drainage work on Dixboro Rd between 5 Mile Rd and 6 Mile Rd in Northfield and Salem Townships.
The road will not be closed to traffic, but delays are likely due to lane restrictions. WCRC encourages motorists, emergency services and others to use an alternate route.
The drainage work is expected to take approximately two weeks. However, all dates are tentative and subject to change due to weather conditions.
