Lane Restrictions: Dexter Townhall Rd (Dexter Twp)

WHEN: Starting Tuesday, May 31, 2022

WHERE: Dexter Townhall Rd between Island Lake Rd and N Territorial Rd in Dexter Township

WHY: High friction surfacing treatment at curves

BACKGROUND: On Tuesday, May 31, 2022, the Washtenaw County Road Commission (WCRC) will begin applying a high friction surface treatment around the curves on Dexter Townhall Rd between Island Lake Rd and N Territorial Rd in Dexter Township.

The road will not be closed to traffic, but delays are likely due to lane restrictions. WCRC encourages motorists, emergency services and others to use an alternate route.

The road improvements are expected to take approximately two weeks to complete. However, all dates are tentative and subject to change due to weather conditions. This work is very weather dependent and can only be performed in ideal weather conditions.
