WHERE: Dexter-Chelsea Rd between the City of Chelsea and the City of Dexter in Lima & Scio Townships
WHY: Drainage work
BACKGROUND: On Monday, June 17, 2024, the Washtenaw County Road Commission (WCRC) will begin drainage work on Dexter-Chelsea Rd between the City of Chelsea and the City of Dexter in Lima & Scio Townships.
The road will not be closed to traffic, but delays are likely due to lane closures. WCRC encourages motorists, emergency services and others to use an alternate route.
The road improvements are expected to take approximately one week. However, all dates are tentative and subject to change due to weather conditions.
