WHERE: Clinton Rd between Burmeister Rd and Austin Rd in Bridgewater Township
WHY: Surface maintenance
BACKGROUND: On Monday, May 6, 2024, the Washtenaw County Road Commission (WCRC) will begin surface maintenance on Clinton Rd between Burmeister Rd and Austin Rd in Bridgewater Township.
Earlier this year, WCRC crews replaced a crossroad culvert at this location. Next week, crews will return to perform surface maintenance over the crossroad culvert.
The road will not be closed to traffic, but delays are likely due to lane restrictions. WCRC encourages motorists, emergency services and others to use an alternate route.
The roadwork is expected to take approximately two days. However, all dates are tentative and subject to change due to weather conditions.
