WHERE: Carpenter Rd north and south of the Ellsworth Rd intersection in Pittsfield Township
WHY: DTE utility work
BACKGROUND: On Sunday, November 6, 2022, a contractor for DTE will close the northbound lane of Carpenter Rd north and south of the Ellsworth Rd intersection in Pittsfield Township to conduct utility work.
The road will not be closed to traffic, but delays are likely due to lane restrictions. WCRC encourages motorists, emergency services and others to use an alternate route.
The utility work is expected to take approximately four weeks. However, all dates are tentative and subject to change due to weather conditions.
Sidewalks and crossing signals will be impacted by this work and a detour will be posted.
