WHERE: Packard Rd between Golfside Rd and the City of Ypsilanti in Ypsilanti Township
WHY: Road resurfacing
BACKGROUND: On Tuesday, August 10, 2021, the Washtenaw County Road Commission (WCRC) will begin a road resurfacing project on Packard Rd between Golfside Rd and the City of Ypsilanti in Ypsilanti Township.
The road will not be closed to traffic, but delays are likely due to lane closures. WCRC encourages motorists, emergency services and others to use an alternate route.
The road improvements are expected to take approximately one week. However, all dates are tentative and subject to change due to weather conditions.
Sidewalks and crossing signals will be impacted periodically by this work.
