WHERE: N. Territorial Rd between Hellner Rd and Whitmore Lake Rd in Northfield Township
WHY: Road repair
BACKGROUND: On Saturday, October 3, 2026, a contractor working on behalf of the Washtenaw County Road Commission (WCRC) will begin repairing the road on N. Territorial Rd between Hellner Rd and Whitmore Lake Rd in Northfield Township.
The road repairs expected to take approximately ten days to complete. However, all dates are tentative and subject to change due to weather conditions.
The westbound lane will be closed to traffic (October 3 – 10). Westbound traffic will be detoured to Whitmore Lake Rd, Joy Rd, and Webster Church Rd. On October 12, lane restrictions will be in place to complete the repair.
