WHY: Road repair
BACKGROUND: On Monday, September 28, 2026, a contractor working on behalf of the Washtenaw County Road Commission (WCRC) will begin repairing the road on N. Territorial Rd between Hellner Rd and Whitmore Lake Rd in Northfield Township.
The road repairs expected to take approximately one week to complete. However, all dates are tentative and subject to change due to weather conditions.
The westbound lane will be closed to traffic. Westbound traffic will be detoured down Whitmore Lake Rd, Joy Rd, and Webster Church Rd.
