BACKGROUND: On Monday, August 3, 2026, Key Construction will be performing permit work on Hewitt Rd between Michigan Ave (US-12) and Ellsworth Rd in Ypsilanti Township.
The road will not be closed to traffic, but delays are likely due to a lane closure.
The permit work is expected to take approximately two weeks to complete. However, all dates are tentative and subject to change due to weather conditions.
