Good afternoon,
Over the past few weeks, you can see progress with the material storage building construction. Crews have been grading, performing site development , and installing underground utilities and fencing.
You may have noticed the asphalt was removed from the front of the existing salt dome for this excavation since there is little need for the salt right now! The next step will be some additional utility work. Our contractor hopes to start foundational work for the new building the week of July 3.
During heavy construction traffic, staff may want to use the North Zeeb entrance at the Main Yard. We will notify you when that is necessary. Until then, feel free to move about the property normally. Please remain conscious of construction traffic and drive SLOW.
