Good afternoon,
Happy Thursday! It has been a very hot week, hopefully cooler temperatures are heading our way tomorrow.
At this morning’s Supervisors Meeting, we discussed the many staffing changes that have recently taken place here at WCRC. While there are some new faces in leadership positions, I want to assure everyone that we are not planning any radical changes in how we conduct business. We will continue to be the highly professional agency that we have been for more than 100 years.
I’m sure we can all think of areas that we can fine tune. I’m looking forward to hearing these suggestions and working through this process in the coming year. Please give our new leaders some grace as they learn their new positions, they are as excited to get started as we are to have them.
