WHY: Chipseal
BACKGROUND: On Wednesday, May 14, 2025, the Washtenaw County Road Commission (WCRC) will have lane restrictions on Scio Church Rd between Township Line and Fletcher Rd in Lima Township for chipseal.
The road will not be closed to traffic, but delays are likely due to intermittent lane restrictions. WCRC encourages motorists, emergency services and others to use an alternate route.
The road improvements are expected to take approximately one day to complete. However, all dates are tentative and subject to change due to weather conditions.
