WHERE: Pontiac Trail between 7 Mile Rd and 8 Mile Rd in Salem Township
WHY: Chipseal
BACKGROUND: On Monday, June 9, 2025, the Washtenaw County Road Commission (WCRC) will chipseal on Pontiac Trail between 7 Mile Rd and 8 Mile Rd in Salem Township.
The road will not be closed to traffic, but delays are likely due to intermittent lane restrictions. WCRC encourages motorists, emergency services and others to use an alternate route.
The chipseal work is expected to take one day to complete. However, all dates are tentative and subject to change due to weather conditions.
