WHY: Drainage work
BACKGROUND: On Monday, March 9, 2026, the Washtenaw County Road Commission (WCRC) will be performing drainage work on Lima Center Rd between Beach Rd and Island Lake Rd in Dexter and Lima Townships.
The road will not be closed to traffic, but delays are likely due to intermittent lane restrictions. WCRC encourages motorists, emergency services and others to use an alternate route.
The drainage work is expected to take approximately five days to complete. However, all dates are tentative and subject to change due to weather conditions.
