WHERE: Island Lake Rd between Werkner Rd and Stofer Rd in Lyndon Township
WHY: Fog Seal
BACKGROUND: On Tuesday, July 22, 2025, the Washtenaw County Road Commission (WCRC) will be fog sealing on Island Lake Rd between Werkner Rd and Stofer Rd in Lyndon Township.
The road will not be closed to traffic, but delays are likely due to a lane closure. WCRC encourages motorists, emergency services and others to use an alternate route.
The road improvements are expected to take four days to complete. However, all dates are tentative and subject to change due to weather conditions.
