WHY: Forestry
BACKGROUND: The Washtenaw County Road Commission (WCRC) has extended intermittent lane restrictions by four days on the Guenther Rd between Scio Church Rd and Jerusalem Rd in Lima Township for forestry work.
The work started on Tuesday, May 5, 2026, and will now take approximately one week to complete, subject to weather changes.
Although the road will remain open, delays are likely to be due to lane restrictions. Motorists should consider alternative routes.
