WHY: Targeted curb and sidewalk ramp replacement
BACKGROUND: The Washtenaw County Road Commission (WCRC) has extended intermittent lane restrictions by one week on Grove St between Emerick St and Harris Rd in Ypsilanti Township for targeted curb and sidewalk ramp replacement.
The work started on Monday, April 27, 2026, and will now take approximately four weeks to complete, subject to weather changes.
Although the road will remain open, delays are likely to be due to lane restrictions. Motorists should consider alternative routes.
