WHERE: Frederick St between 6 Mile Rd and the Dead End in Salem Township
WHY: Drainage work
BACKGROUND: The Washtenaw County Road Commission (WCRC) has extended the intermittent lane restrictions by two weeks on Frederick St between 6 Mile Rd and the Dead End in Salem Township for drainage work.
The work started on Monday, July 6, 2026, and will now take approximately seven weeks to complete, subject to weather changes.
Although the road will remain open, delays are likely to be due to lane restrictions. Motorists should consider alternative routes.
