WHY: Forestry
BACKGROUND: The Washtenaw County Road Commission (WCRC) has extended the intermittent lane restrictions by four days on Dancer Rd between Dexter-Chelsea Rd and Beach Rd in Lima Township for forestry work.
The work will begin on Thursday, May 28, 2026, and the work is now expected to take approximately one week to complete. However, all dates are tentative and subject to change due to weather conditions.
The road will not be closed to traffic, but delays are likely due to intermittent lane restrictions.
