WHY: Drainage work
BACKGROUND: The Washtenaw County Road Commission (WCRC) has extended the daytime road closure for drainage work by one week of 5 Mile Rd between Salem Rd and Chubb Rd in Salem Township.
The work began on Wednesday, July 15, 2026, and will now be completed in approximately three weeks, subject to weather conditions.
