December 29: Happy New Year!

Good morning,

While Sheryl is taking some well-deserved time off, I want to express my gratitude to each of you. Despite everything that has happened over the last year, I’m so proud to say that we never missed a beat, providing the best service possible to our community.

I also want to extend a special thank you for your efforts to keep each other safe during the pandemic. As an organization, we will continue to do everything we can to keep you safe and we appreciate your efforts to do the same. Getting vaccinated remains the best way to protect yourself and others. I’m eternally grateful to those who have chosen to get vaccinated and get the booster shot.

I’m looking forward to another productive year in 2022. I know we have a long winter to get through and a big construction season in the works. We are also preparing to restart in-person board meetings in 2022. Our first hybrid meeting will take place on January 4, offering both in-person and virtual participation options for the public.

As we head into another holiday weekend, thank you in advance for keeping our roads safe for our community. I wish you and your family a very Happy New Year!

Sincerely,

Barb Fuller, Board Chair
