WHY: Culvert replacement
BACKGROUND: On Wednesday, April 1, 2026, the Washtenaw County Road Commission (WCRC) will perform a culvert replacement on Van Tuyle Rd between US-12 and Lemm Rd in Manchester Township.
The culvert replacement is expected to take approximately three days to complete. However, all dates are tentative and subject to change due to weather conditions.
