WHERE: Rawsonville Rd between Willow Rd and Willis Rd in Augusta Township
WHY: Culvert replacement
BACKGROUND: On Saturday, August 27, 2022, the Washtenaw County Road Commission (WCRC) will close Rawsonville Rd between Willow Rd and Willis Rd in Augusta Township to replace a crossroad culvert. This work is being completed ahead of a road resurfacing project planned for later this year.
The work is expected to take approximately one day to complete. However, all dates are tentative and subject to change due to weather conditions.
Access will be maintained for residents and property owners who live or work within the work zone, but NO traffic will be able to travel over the culvert during replacement.
