WHERE: Merkel Road between Zeeb Road and Walsh Road in Webster Township
WHY: Limestone resurfacing project
BACKGROUND: Starting on Tuesday, September 24, 2019, the Washtenaw County Road Commission (WCRC) will close Merkel Road between Zeeb Road and Walsh Road in Webster Township during the daytime for a limestone resurfacing project.
Property owners and residents who live or work within the work zone will be provided access to their home or business. All other traffic must seek an alternate route.
The limestone resurfacing project is expected to take approximately eight days. However, all dates are tentative and subject to change due to weather conditions.
