WHEN: Tuesday, July 30, 2019
WHERE: The following roads in Webster Township:
- North Territorial Road between Webster Church Road and Maple Road
- Mast Road between North Territorial Road and Strawberry Lake Road
- Strawberry Lake Road between Mast Road and the county line
WHY: Preventative maintenance – chip seal
BACKGROUND: On Tuesday, July 30, 2019, the Washtenaw County Road Commission (WCRC) will close the following roads in Webster Township for preventative maintenance:
- North Territorial Road between Webster Church Road and Maple Road
- Mast Road between North Territorial Road and Strawberry Lake Road
- Strawberry Lake Road between Mast Road and the county line
The road improvements are expected to take approximately one day. However, all dates are tentative and subject to change due to weather conditions. Once the roads are back open, drivers are advised to lower their speeds to 35 mph while the stone settles.
