WHERE: Marion Road between Macon Road and Michigan Avenue (US-12) in Saline Township
WHY: Road resurfacing
BACKGROUND: On Wednesday, September 2, 2020, the Washtenaw County Road Commission (WCRC) will begin limestone resurfacing project on Marion Road between Macon Road and Michigan Avenue (US-12) in Saline Township.
The road will be closed between approximately 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. each day but will reopen during the evening. Property owners, who live or work within the work zone, will be provided access to their property throughout the project. WCRC encourages motorists, emergency services and others to use an alternate route.
The road improvements are expected to take approximately 2 days. However, all dates are tentative and subject to change due to weather conditions.
