On Wednesday, July 27, 2016, the Washtenaw County Road Commission will IMPOSE A DAYTIME ROAD CLOSURE on Island Lake Road between Dancer Road and Dexter Townhall Road in Dexter Township to replace two culverts. Work is expected to be complete by the end of the workday on Wednesday, July 27. Please be advised that all dates are tentative and subject to change due to weather conditions.
During these daytime activities through-traffic will be restricted. Local access for properties within the road closure will be maintained, but delays are possible.
To maintain the safety of road crews, motorists are asked to be especially mindful of construction equipment and personnel and reduce speeds accordingly. The Washtenaw County Road Commission thanks you in advance for your patience as we continue our efforts to preserve the county road system.
