WHY: Culvert Replacement
BACKGROUND: On Monday, April 6, 2026, the Washtenaw County Road Commission (WCRC) will perform a culvert replacement on Hogan Rd between Wilbur Rd and M-52 in Bridgewater Township.
The culvert replacement is expected to take approximately one day to complete. However, all dates are tentative and subject to change due to weather conditions.
